一种输电线路接续金具热缺陷警示装置巡检方法与系统的设计

摘要 输电线路中,设备温度过高是导致电力输送故障的一大原因。作为电网设备中的重要元件,接续金具承担着极为重要的电气连接作用,因而接续金具温度的监控在输电线路的稳定、安全运行中意义重大。通过红外图像反映的温度值可以直观地进行缺陷分析及预警。目前红外图像整理分析主要依赖人工方式,工作量巨大、精度低且效率低下,而且没有完整的工具可以辅助用户进行图像处理。无人机在输电线路日常巡检工作中日益普及,输电专业的工作内容中也越来越多地加入无人机巡检,因此设计一套更为高效的巡检系统成为必要工作。 In the operation of transmission lines,safety and stability are the first priority.Excessive temperature of equipment in transmission lines is a major cause of power transmission failures.As an extremely important component in power grid equipment,the connection fittings are responsible for extremely important electrical connections.Therefore,the monitoring of the temperature of the connecting fittings is of great significance in the stable and safe operation of the transmission line.Defect analysis and early warning can be performed intuitively through the temperature value reflected by the infrared image.At present,infrared image sorting and analysis mainly rely on manual methods,with huge workload,low intensive reading and low efficiency,and there are no complete tools to assist users in image processing.Unmanned aerial vehicles are increasingly popular in the daily inspection of transmission lines,and a variety of tasks in the power transmission profession are increasingly being added to drone inspections.Therefore,designing a more efficient inspection system has become a necessary task.
