摘要 在新能源发电技术研究过程当中,风力发电技术逐渐成熟,并在能源体系改革过程当中承担着重要使命。但目前在风力发电机组的实际运行过程当中,还存在振动故障问题,其不仅对发电机组的使用寿命产生影响,而且对风力发电技术的继续发展也造成了一定阻碍。对此,相关研究人员需要对风力发电机组的振动故障分析技术进行充分研究,使该项技术能够得到有效运用,从而减少振动故障问题的发生,进一步保证风力发电机组的安全稳定运行。文章针对风力发电机组振动故障分析技术进行探讨,介绍了风力发电机组的运行安全和振动故障,分析了风力发电机组的振动故障类型,并提出具体的故障分析技术应用对策,希望能够为相关工作人员起到一些参考和借鉴。 In the research process of new energy power generation technology,wind power generation technology is gradually mature and undertakes an important mission in the process of energy system reform.However,in the actual operation process of wind turbine,there are still vibration faults,which not only affect the service life of wind turbine,but also hinder the continuous development of wind turbine technology.In this regard,relevant researchers need to fully study the vibration fault analysis technology of wind turbine,so that this technology can be effectively used,so as to reduce the occurrence of vibration fault problems and further ensure the safe and stable operation of wind turbine.This paper discusses the vibration fault analysis technology of wind turbine,introduces the operation safety and vibration fault of wind turbine,analyzes the vibration fault types of wind turbine,and puts forward specific application countermeasures of fault analysis technology,hoping to provide some reference for relevant workers.
