10kV电力系统安全运行要素研究

摘要 我国社会经济和科学技术迅速发展,人们生活品质得到较大提升,对电力的需求量日益增加,同时对电力系统运行的安全稳定性提出更高要求。电网不断扩大,投入大量的电缆线路,使得发生单相接地故障时接地点电流持续增加,导致出现某些瞬间接地电弧无法熄灭,出现弧光接地过电压,电压值相比线电压较高,经常容易造成绝缘薄弱点击穿,对电力系统的正常运行产生不良影响。因此,相关人员需要制定有效针对性的措施,解决电力系统中存在的问题,进一步保障系统运行的安全可靠性。 With the rapid development of social economy,science and technology,people’s quality of life has been greatly improved,the demand for power is increasing,and higher requirements are put forward for the safety and stability of power system operation.With the continuous expansion of the power grid and the investment of a large number of cable lines,the grounding current continues to increase in the event of single-phase grounding fault,resulting in some instantaneous grounding arc that cannot be extinguished and arc grounding overvoltage.The voltage value is higher than the line voltage,which is often easy to cause breakdown of thin insulation weakness,which has an adverse impact on the normal operation of the power system.Therefore,relevant personnel need to formulate targeted and effective measures to solve the problems existing in the power system and further ensure the safety and reliability of system operation.
