摘要 2019年10月,《教育部关于加强新时代教育科学研究工作的意见》正式发布实施。用教育科研促进中小学教师的专业发展,就是积极学习与落实《意见》。用教育科研可以推动中小学教师专业发展。行政推动可以营造良好的中小学教师教育科研氛围,课题牵动能推动中小教师的专业发展,最终提升教育教学质量,深化区域教育教学改革与发展。 In October 2019,the guidance of the Ministry of education on strengthening educational scientif-ic research in the new era was officially released and implemented.Promoting the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers with educational research is to actively study and implement the guid-ance.Using educational scientific research can promote the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers.Administrative promotion can create a good atmosphere for primary and secondary school teachers’education and scientific research.The research topic can promote the professional development of pri-mary and secondary school teachers,finally improve the quality of education and teaching,and deepen the re-form and development of regional education and teaching.
