摘要
以生均教育经费指数作为进行财政投入努力程度国际比较的“纽带”,以人均GDP低于4万美元的高收入国家作为参照对象,发现我国学前教育相比高收入国家存在明显的短板,小学教育居于高收入国家的中游水平,中等教育具备较大的发展优势,高等教育与其他高收入国家相比差异较小。最后对我国教育财政投入提出几点建议。
Taking the per student education expenditure index as the“link”for international comparison of financial investment efforts,and taking high-income countries with per capita GDP less than US$40,000 as the reference object,it is found that China’s preschool education has obvious shortcomings compared with high-in-come countries.Primary education occupies the midstream level of high-income countries,and secondary educa-tion has great development advantages.Higher education has little difference.Finally,it puts forward some sug-gestions on China’s educational financial investment.
