全面从严治党背景下,充分发挥高校基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用和高校党员的先锋模范作用,要以先进性建设为主线,发挥教师党员的先进性;规范和创新高校基层党支部的组织建设和活动方式,发挥基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用;探索高校基层党组织建设和教学科研工作相融合的可行机制,在教育教学工作中切实发挥“两个作用”;完善党建网络工作平台,通过“互联网+党建”,凸显高校基层党组织“两个作用”。

Under the background of strict administration of the party,we should give full play to the role of the fighting bastion of the party organizations at the grass-roots level and the vanguard exemplary role of the party members in universities.We should take the progressiveness construction as the main line and give play to the progressiveness of the Party members;standardize and innovate the organization construction and activi-ty mode of grass-roots party branches in colleges and universities;give full play to the fighting fortress role of grass-roots party organizations;explore the feasible mechanism of the integration of grass-roots party organiza-tion construction and teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities,and give full play to the“two roles”in education and teaching.We should improve the platform for the work of Party building network,and highlight the two roles of the party organizations at the grassroots level through the“Internet plus Party build-ing”.
