摘要
目的了解下肢骨搬运术后患者居家康复的真实体验,为规范患者的康复管理提供参考。方法于2021年2-7月,采用目的抽样法选取广东省某三级甲等医院创伤骨科行常规随访治疗的15名下肢骨搬运术后患者为研究对象,采用半结构式访谈,访谈资料根据Colaizzi 7步分析法进行分析。结果下肢骨搬运术后患者的居家康复体验可归纳为5个主题:身体发生变化、生活受到影响、自我管理不当、心理负担较大、努力应对挑战。结论下肢骨搬运术后患者的居家康复体验较为复杂,医护人员应根据患者的不同需求提供针对性支持,增强其自我管理能力,促进康复进程,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the experience of home-based rehabilitation in patients following lower limbs bone transport,and to provide a benchmark for standardizing the rehabilitation management of patients.Methods From February to July 2021,purposive sampling method was used to select 15 patients following lower limbs bone transport who underwent routine follow-up treatment from the department of traumatic orthopedics in a tertiary hospital in Guangdong Province.Semi-structured interviews were conducted and interview data were analyzed using Colaizzi’s 7-step analysis method.Results The experience of home-based rehabilitation in patients following lower limbs bone transport could be summarized into five themes:physical changes,life affected,inadequate self-management,great psychological burden,and struggling to cope with challenges.Conclusions Patients following lower limbs bone transport have a complex home-based rehabilitation experience.Medical staff should provide specific support according to patients’different needs and enhance their self-management ability,to promote the rehabilitation process and improve their quality of life.
