四肢毁损伤保肢患者康复体验的现象学研究

The Rehabilitation Experiences of Patients with Damaged Limbs Receiving Conservative Treatment:A Phenomenological Study

目的探讨四肢毁损伤保肢患者康复过程的真实感受。方法2020年10月至2021年2月,对入住某院显微外科病房的9例四肢毁损伤保肢患者进行半结构式访谈,采用现象学分析方法分析资料。研究者进行自我反思,按照一定的顺序对主题进行重构,最终形成主题。结果四肢毁损伤保肢患者的康复期患病真实体验可提炼为4个主题,即心理重构、支持感知改变、行为转变、精神品质改变。结论护理人员需要掌握毁损伤保肢患者心理感受变化规律,增强其疾病获益感,重视家庭社会支持系统,促进积极行为改变,提高疾病适应水平,促进患者创伤后心理成长。

Objective To explore the rehabilitation experiences of the patients with damaged limbs receiving conservative treatment.Methods From October 2020 to February 2021,using purposive sampling method to select nine limb-salvage surgery patients in a hospital and the data were analyzed by phenomenological analysis method.Researchers reconstructed the theme in a certain order,and finally formed the theme.Results Four themes were extracted from the experience of patients with damaged limbs receiving conservative treatment,namely,psychological reconstruction,supportive perception change,behavioral change and spiritual quality change.Conclusions Nursing staff need to master the change law of psychological feeling of patients with limb salvage,enhance their sense of disease benefit,pay attention to family social support system,promote positive behavior change,improve disease adaptation level,and promote the psychological growth of patients after trauma.
