Statistics and Analysis of World Rail Transit Industry Standards in 2020

我国已成为世界轨道交通行业最大新兴单一市场,标准对轨道交通行业的发展具有战略和支撑引领作用,统计分析世界轨道交通领域22个主要标准制定机构在2020年内发布及累计在编的558项标准的详细情况,按照基础共性、工程建设、运营服务与开发、装备与技术、货运5个领域分别进行统计与分析,统计表明装备与技术标准数量最多。结合国际国外经验,建议从及时研制新标准、注重时效性和国际互通性、中国标准国际化、铁路和城轨协同、加强团体标准5个方面加强我国轨道交通领域行业标准工作,以实现“十四五”发展规划中的交通强国目标。

China has become the largest emerging single market in the global rail transit industry.Standards play a strategic,supporting and leading role in the development of the rail transit industry.This article statistically analyzes the details of 558 accumulated editing standards by 22 major standard-setting organizations in the world rail transit field published in 2020.Divided into five areas of basic commonality,engineering construction,operation service and development,equipment and technology,and freight transportation,the equipment and technical standards are statistically the most numerous.Based on international and foreign experience,it is recommended the Chinese rail transit industry standards should be strengthened from five aspects of timely development of new standards,emphasis on timeliness and international interoperability,internationalization of Chinese standards,coordination of railways and urban rail,and strengthening association standards,so as to achieve the goal of a leading transportation nation in the“14th Five-Year”Development Plan.
