粤西地区铁路网规划方案研究

Study on the Planning Scheme of Railway Network in Western Guangdong

为推动粤西地区铁路高质量发展,以湛江、茂名、阳江三市为对象,对粤西地区路网规划方案进行研究。首先,对粤西地区既有铁路网现状规模和能力适应性进行分析,探索粤西地区铁路网存在的主要问题;在此基础上,对粤西地区铁路客货运需求进行预测,结合粤西地区铁路发展诉求,提出铁路网发展目标及规划方案,形成“一轴、三极、五辐射、多支线”的路网格局;最后,从粤西铁路网的线网规模、线网覆盖度及时间通达性等方面,对规划路网进行评价。规划项目建成后,将实现区域内部县级及以上节点快速铁路全覆盖、地市之间径路快速通达,规划方案将为粤西地区铁路高质量发展提供参考依据。

In order to promote the high-quality development of railway in the west of Guangdong,this paper studies the road network planning scheme in the region with Zhanjiang,Maoming and Yangjiang as the objects.Firstly,the existing railway network in the region is analyzed and its main problems are explored.On this basis,the railway passenger and freight demands in the region are predicted,and railway network development goals and planning schemes are put forward so as to form a network pattern of“one axis,three poles,five radiations,and multiple branches”.Finally,the planned railway network is evaluated from the aspects of line network scale,line network coverage and time accessibility.After the completion of the planned project,it will realize the full coverage of high-speed railways at and above the county level within the region and the fast access of roads between cities and prefectures.The planning scheme will provide reference basis for the high quality development of railway in the west of Guangdong.
