新建和若铁路装配式桥墩应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 预制装配技术具有施工安全、速度快、构件质量易于保证、全寿命周期成本低等优点,可有效克服新建和若铁路复杂极端的建设条件。以和若铁路为工程背景,采用数值分析的方法,对铁路桥梁装配式桥墩展开探索和研究,主要结论如下:(1)对比不同结构形式的装配式桥墩,推荐采用圆形双柱式空心桥墩;(2)增加墩顶底部实体段高度可减小墩身应力,但设置墩顶实体段会使盖梁跨中拉应力增大;(3)对比各种构件连接方式的优缺点,推荐采用后张预应力浅槽连接;(4)静力分析结果表明,该装配式桥墩刚度、变形、墩身应力、稳定性等均能满足规范要求;(5)车-桥耦合振动及风-车-桥耦合振动结果表明,该装配式桥墩动力性能满足相关要求。 Prefabricated assembly technology has the advantages of safe construction,fast construction speed,easy to guarantee the quality,low life cycle cost and so on,which can effectively overcome the complex and extreme construction conditions of the newly-built Hotan-Ruoqiang Railway.Based on Hotan-Ruoqiang railway engineering,the prefabricated pier is explored and studied by using numerical analysis method,The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Compared with the fabricated piers of different structural forms,the circular double column hollow piers are recommended.(2)Increasing the length of the solid section of pier top and bottom can reduce the stress of pier shaft,but setting up solid section of pier top will increase the tensile stress of the capping beam in the middle of the span.(3)Compared with the advantages and disadvantages of various connection methods,post tensioned prestressed connection is recommended.(4)The results of static analysis show that the rigidity,deformation,stress and stability of the fabricated pier can meet the requirements of the specification.(5)The results of vehicle-bridge coupling vibration and wind-vehicle-bridge coupling vibration show that the dynamic performance of the fabricated pier can meet relevant requirements.
