摘要 科技的持续发展促进了机电设备的技术优化,逐步实现了机电设备自动化,为工业产业的发展产生了强有力的驱动。然而在内因及外因的双重作用下,机电设备利用过程中易产生故障问题,因此,机电设备维修中需要通过故障诊断技术应用价值发挥,依托于故障的快捷诊断实现故障的高效与妥善排除,以此保障机电设备的正常运行,防止工业企业因机电设备故障因素而出现人员伤亡及经济损失。基于此,该文简要阐述了机电设备故障诊断技术,分析了诱发机电设备故障的原因,介绍了几种机电设备维修中常用的故障诊断技术,并总结了机电设备维修中故障诊断技术的应用要点。 The continuous development of science and technology has promoted the technical optimization of electromechanical equipment,gradually realized the automation of electromechanical equipment,which has generated a strong drive for the development of industrial industry.However,under the dual influencing of internal and external factors,electromechanical equipment is prone to failure in the process of utilization.Therefore,in the maintenance of electromechanical equipment,the application value of fault diagnosis technology should be brought into play,and the efficient and proper troubleshooting of faults should be realized by relying on the rapid diagnosis of faults,so as to ensure the normal operation of electromechanical equipment,prevent casualties and economic losses caused by mechanical and electrical equipment failure in industrial enterprises.Based on this,this paper briefly expounds the fault diagnosis technology of electromechanical equipment,analyzes the causes of electromechanical equipment faults,introduces several common fault diagnosis technologies in electromechanical equipment maintenance,and summarizes the application points of fault diagnosis technology in electromechanical equipment maintenance.
