摘要
该文对新能源汽车热管理系统试验台的热力学模型建立进行了深入研究,该模型可支持制冷加注量工况、系统制冷工况、系统制热工况、系统除湿工况及系统化霜工况,并能够模拟R134a、HFO、CO_(2)、R290等新型制冷剂加注量。通过该模型可以快速模拟计算出不同工况下新能源汽车热管理系统试验台的干湿球温度、部件进出口压力、空气流量、制冷量和制热量等技术指标。
In this paper,the establishment of the thermodynamic model of the new energy vehicle thermal management system test bench is studied in depth.This model can support the refrigeration filling capacity condition,system refrigeration condition,system heating condition,system dehumidification condition and system defrosting condition,and can simulate the filling capacity of new refrigerants such as R134 a,HFO,CO_(2) and R290.The model can quickly simulate and calculate the dry and wet bulb temperature,component inlet and outlet pressure,air flow,refrigeration capacity and heating capacity of the new energy vehicle thermal management system test-bed under different working conditions.
