摘要
在我国社会现代化发展水平不断提高以及智能化技术不断普及的背景下,为各行各业建设发展带来了全新生机的同时,也使各行各业面临着更高、更难的挑战。以我国电力行业为例,电力基建项目逐渐朝着规模化、绿色化、智能化的方向发展,建设项目数量逐渐增加。然而由于受到我国电力企业工程项目粗放型管理模式的影响,导致管理方法缺乏科学性、设计技术标准缺乏规范性、工艺管控和工程质量缺乏严谨性等问题层出不穷。因此,该文以我国电力行业为例,通过对电力基建项目现场管理现状展开的深入分析,明确了解导致相关问题产生的原因。在此基础上,制定一套标准化的管理方法,为电力基建项目管理工作的有效开展奠定坚实基础。
Under the background of the continuous improvement of China’s social modernization development level and the continuous popularization of intelligent technology,it not only brings new vitality to the construction and development of all walks of life,but also makes all walks of life face higher and more difficult challenges.Taking China’s power industry as an example,power infrastructure projects are gradually developing towards large-scale,green and intelligent,and the number of construction projects is gradually increasing.However,due to the influence of the extensive management mode of engineering projects in China’s power enterprises,there are many problems,such as the lack of scientificity of management methods,the lack of standardization of design technical standards,the lack of rigor of process control and engineering quality.Therefore,this paper takes China’s power industry as an example,through the in-depth analysis of the current situation of on-site management of power infrastructure projects,clearly understands the causes of relevant problems.On this basis,formulate a set of standardized management methods to lay a solid foundation for the effective development of power infrastructure project management.
