摘要
为确定采收期对宁夏六盘山冷凉地区黄芩质量的影响,以甲醇-1%甲酸为流动相梯度洗脱,检测波长274 nm,建立黄芩药材HPLC指纹图谱,指认并测定指纹图谱中黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩素、千层纸素A含量。结果表明,在9月20日以后采收的黄芩样品中黄芩苷与汉黄芩苷含量较高,且指纹图谱共有峰总峰面积最大。黄芩素、汉黄芩素与千层纸素A在7—8月采收的样品中含量较高。说明宁夏六盘山冷凉地区栽培的黄芩宜在9月20日左右采收,HPLC指纹图谱结合化学成分含量测定,能够客观、有效地评价不同采收时期黄芩质量。
In order to determine the effect of collection period on the quality of Radix Scutellariae Georgi in the cold area of Liupan Mountain in Ningxia,the HPLC finger print was established by gradient elution with methanol and 1%formic acid buffer solution,and with the detection wavelength of 274 nm.The baicalin,wogonoside,baicalein,wogonin and oroxylin A in the finger print were identified,and the contents were determined.The results showed that,in the Radix Scutellariae samples collected after September 20,the contents of baicalin and wogonoside were higher,and the total area of shared peaks in finger print were higher.The contents of baicalein,wogonin and oroxylin A were higher in the samples collected in July and August.It indicated that Radix Scutellariae in the cold area of Liupan Mountain in Ningxia was preferably collected on about September 20.Combined with chemical content determination,HPLC fingerprint could objectively and effectively evaluate the quality of Radix Scutellariae collected at different periods.
