摘要 设置4种培养料配方,在杨树林下开展大球盖菇栽培试验,研究不同培养料配方对其生长的影响。结果表明:用60%玉米秸秆+40%稻壳的配方栽培大球盖菇,菌丝长势强,发菌时间短,现蕾时间早,子实体个数多且形态、整齐度好,产量可达38425 kg/hm^(2),可以作为杨树林下栽培大球盖菇的培养料进行推广。 Setting up 4 kinds of culture medium formulas,the cultivation experiment of Stropharia rugosoannulata under poplar forest was carried out to study the effects of different culture medium formulas on its growth.The results showed that the cultivation of Stropharia rugosoannulata with the formula of 60% corn straw+40% rice husk had strong mycelial growth,short germinating time,early budding time,large number of fruiting entity,good shape and uniformity,and the yield could reach 38425 kg/hm^(2),which could be popularized as the culture material for the cultivation of Stropharia rugosoannulata under poplar forest.
