摘要
为解决构造复杂倾角较小缓斜煤层矿井采用多台提升绞车、双速绞车和无极绳绞车辅助运输转载环节多,转载繁琐,运输效率低、安全性能差,易出现掉道、翻车等事故给安全生产带来极大的隐患等问题,决定安装使用单轨吊辅助运输系统。实践证明:单轨吊辅助运输系统机动性强、运行速度快、载重量大、安全可靠、灵活性强、对巷道适应性强、可以在多弯道多起伏的巷道中使用,能与多条巷道连通使用实现连续运输,能实现大型设备或人员的安全运输,是煤矿安全、高效的辅助运输系统。
In order to solve the problems of complex structure,small dip angle and gentle inclined coal seam mine using multiple lifting winches,two speed winches and endless rope winches for auxiliary transportation,many transfer links,cumbersome transfer,low transportation efficiency,poor safety performance,easy to fall off the road,overturn and other accidents,which bring great hidden dangers to safety production.It is decided to install and use monorail crane auxiliary transportation system.The application practice has proved that the monorail crane auxiliary transportation system has the performance of strong mobility,fast operation speed,large load capacity,safety and reliability,strong flexibility and strong adaptability to the roadway.It can be used in the roadway with multiple bends and ups and downs,can be connected with multiple roadways to realize continuous transportation,and can realize the safe transportation of large equipment or personnel,which is a safe and efficient auxiliary transportation system in coal mine.
