Fe/硅藻土非均相Fenton降解亚甲基蓝染料废水研究

摘要 以硅藻土为载体,硝酸铁为Fe源制备了Fe/硅藻土催化剂材料。研究了Fe/硅藻土催化剂与H_(2)O_(2)组成的非均相Fenton体系对亚甲基蓝染料废水的处理效果及影响因素。实验结果表明,Fe/硅藻土催化剂与H_(2)O_(2)组成的非均相Fenton体系对染料废水中亚甲基蓝具有较好的降解效果。在催化剂投加量为1.6g/L,H_(2)O_(2)加入量为0.2mol/L,溶液体系pH值为3.0,反应温度为30℃,反应时间为60min的条件下处理10mg/L亚甲基蓝溶液,亚甲基蓝的脱色率可达92.5%。 Fe/diatomite catalyst was prepared using diatomite as the carrier and ferric nitrate as the Fe source.The treatment effect and influencing factors of the heterogeneous Fenton system composed of Fe/diatomite catalyst and H_(2)O_(2) on methylene blue dye wastewater were studied.The experimental results showed that the heterogeneous Fenton system composed by Fe/diatomite catalyst and H_(2)O_(2) had significant degradation effect on methylene blue in dye wastewater.Under the conditions of catalyst dosage of 1.6 g/L,H_(2)O_(2) dosage of 0.2 mol/L,solution pH value of 3.0,reaction temperature of 30℃ and reaction time of 60 minutes,the decolorization rate of methylene blue could reach 92.5%.
