摘要
针对某型柴油机在出厂试验过程中,曲轴后油封从后油封座中脱出故障分析验证了不同状态下,不同装配工艺的影响,试验测试结果表明后端轴承座热态下变形量较大是造成曲轴后油封脱落的主要原因。通过优化后油封座与后油封的尺寸配合,加大过盈量,经耐久试验及生产验证,可有效解决后油封脱出故障。
The crankshaft rear oil seal had been fallen off from the seat during the test.This paper analyze the cause from the impact of the different assembly methods。The result of the pulling force test showed that the main reason is the thermal deformation of rear bearing seat during the engine working conditions。Optimizing the dimensions with the seat to increase interference,the experiment's result shows there isn’t any fracture.The feedback also showed that the improvement is successful from the test and the market.
