活塞冷却油腔位置变化对活塞温度场的影响

摘要 为提升活塞油腔对活塞的冷却效果,采用ANSYS有限元分析法对活塞温度场进行数值模拟,对活塞顶部燃烧室喉口及活塞第一环槽处两个重点区域进行分析,并对活塞产生热应力具有明显影响的温度梯度进行同步分析,结果表明,内冷油腔沿活塞轴向移动时的活塞温度场变化明显大于其沿活塞径向移动时的温度场变化,对活塞高温区域的冷却效果更好。 In order to improve the cooling effect of the piston oil chamber on the piston,the ANSYS finite element analysis method was used to numerically simulate the piston temperature field to analyze the two key areas at the combustion chamber throat ofthepistonand the first ring groove of the piston,and generate the simultaneous analysis of temperature gradients whathas a significant effect on thermal stress.The results show that the temperature change of the piston when the inner cooling oil chamber moves along the axial direction of the piston is significantly larger than that when it moves along the radial direction of the piston,and it has a better cooling effect on the high temperature area of the piston.
