摘要 针对已有油液在线监测产品(单一参数或集成多个单一参数的油液监测)的缺陷与不足,提出了一种齿轮箱润滑油多参数在线监测PHM(Prognostics and health management,故障预测与健康管理)系统,运用了多参数多维度的监测方法,初步采用通用的经验数据模型,通过实验验证模型的可行性及可靠性。给出多参数多维度的综合评判标准,降低误报率,为机械动力设备故障监测与寿命预测提供理论支撑,为油液在线监测技术的研究、应用和推广提供更可靠的方法。 Existing on-line oil monitoring products can only monitor single parameter,but could integrate several sensors for multiple parameters measurement.Here we introduce a new oil online monitoring PHM(Prognostics and health management)system of gearbox based on multi-parameter and multiple dimensions of oil monitoring sensors.The system adopts empirical curve models,verifies the reliability,and improves accuracy of the models through later experiments and applications.A more accurate multi-parameter and multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation curve model can be given to improve accuracy,to predict faults at much longer time,and to reduce false alarm rate.This PHM technology can provide theoretical support for fault monitoring and life prediction of mechanical power equipment,and provide a more reliable method for the research,application and promotion of oil on-line monitoring technology.
