摘要
某三缸发动机在耐久性试验和热负荷试验后,拆检发现排气门存在黑色斑点的腐蚀和烧蚀现象。为此,本文通过AVL FIRE软件对气缸套进行改进优化,旨在降低排气温度。结果表明:优化后的气缸套使排气温度在中高转速工况下降低了80-100摄氏度;对优化后的气缸套进行耐久性试验,拆机检测发现,排气门底面完好无损,成功解决了排气门的腐蚀和烧蚀问题。
After the durability test and thermal load test of a three-cylinder engine,the exhaust valve has black spots of corrosion and ablation after disassembly and inspection.For this reason,this article uses AVL FIRE software to improve and optimize the cylinder liner,aiming to reduce the exhaust temperature.The results show that the optimized cylinder liner reduces the exhaust temperature by 80-100 degrees Celsius at medium and high speeds;the optimized cylinder liner was tested for durability,and the disassembly test found that the bottom surface of the exhaust valve was intact,which was successfully resolved.The problem of corrosion and ablation of the exhaust valve is solved.
