摘要
发动机高压油管在运行大约200小时出现漏油,对漏油部位的断口进行分析,结果表明:高压油管开裂原因主要是由于油管内壁残存含有着P、S腐蚀性元素[1]的腐蚀物质,产生腐蚀作用形成了腐蚀坑,腐蚀坑可以起到微观缺口的作用,提高局部应力水平[2],降低了抗疲劳性能,至此在腐蚀坑部位萌生了裂纹源,高压油循环往复应力作用下促使裂纹不断由油管内壁向外壁扩展,形成了与高压油流向平行的纵向裂纹。
The engine high pressure oil tubing running about 200 hours appeared,fracture of the spill site were analyzed,and the results show that the high pressure oil pipe cracking reason is mainly due to the remaining boxe s with p.corrosive elements of tubing inwall proves corrosion material,the corrosion effect formed corrosion pits,corrosion pit can have the effect of the micro hole,improve the level of local stress,reduce the resistance Fatigue performance,so far in the corrosion pit at the initiation of crack source,high pressure oil cyclic stress to promote the crack from the inner wall of the tubing to the outer wall,formed a longitudinal crack parallel to the high pressure oil flow.
