摘要 随着我国工业实力的不断强大,数控机床的应用范围也越来越广,对于企业发展带来了巨大的推动作用。由于该设备相关零部件具有精密度高及结构复杂等原因,在使用过程中一旦出现任何故障,都会导致机床停机无法生产,给企业带来重大经济损失。为了避免出现这种情况,就需积极做好数控机床诊断和维护工作。基于此,通过分析当前数控机床维修现状以及结构特点,提出关于故障检测与维修的措施,提升机床可靠性,全力保障设备的稳定运行。 With the continuous development of China's industrial strength,the application of CNC machine tools is more and more widely,for the development of enterprises has brought a huge role in promoting.Due to the high precision and complex structure of the relevant parts of the equipment,any failure in the process of use will lead to machine shutdown and production,bringing significant economic losses to the enterprise.In order to avoid this situation,it is necessary to actively do a good job of nc machine diagnosis and maintenance.Based on this,through the analysis of the current CNC machine tool maintenance status and structural characteristics,put forward the fault detection and maintenance measures,improve the reliability of machine tools,to ensure the stable operation of equipment.
