摘要
在机械专业教学未改革之前,机械类专业的实践教学环节,教学方法仍然停留在被动学习模式,实施方法仅限于人工计算和手工作图。针对上述教学方法和手段落后的问题,本文以发动机曲轴检修相关实训为例,详细阐述了应用"课岗融合模式"进行的实践研究,实现了机械专业教学体系、知识结构和基本技能的优化,提高了学生发现问题、解决问题的相关能力,加深了学生对基于统一产品数据信息的设计与制造技术集成的理解和掌握,增强了学生的就业竞争力。
Before the teaching reform of mechanical specialty,the teaching method of practical teaching of mechanical specialty still stays in the passive learning mode,and the implementation method is only limited to manual calculation and manual working diagram.In view of the backward teaching methods and means,taking the practical training related to engine crankshaft maintenance as an example,this paper expounds in detail the practical research carried out by applying the"course post integration mode",realizes the optimization of the teaching system,knowledge structure and basic skills of the mechanical specialty,and improves the students'ability to find and solve problems,It deepens students'understanding and mastery of design and manufacturing technology integration based on unified product data information,and enhances students'employment competitiveness.
