摘要
电厂汽轮机主汽阀、调节阀、抽汽逆止阀的关闭时间测试是保障机组安全运行的重要参数测试项目,阀门关闭时间过长会大大增加汽轮机甩负荷,还可能使紧急停机时出现超速现象,从而对机组安全造成重大隐患。近几年,在开展集团内多个电厂主汽阀、调节阀和抽汽逆止阀关闭时间测试过程中,存在多个阀门关闭时间不满足规程要求的问题。基于此,针对调节阀、抽汽逆止阀的关闭时间不满足规程要求这一问题,在机械和热工两方面开展针对性分析,并探讨对应的解决方案。
The closing time test of the main steam valve, regulating valve and steam extraction reverse check valve of the power plant steam turbine is an important parameter test project to ensure the safe operation of the unit. The closing time overtime may lead to the over speed of the steam turbine during load dumping and emergency shutdown, which causes major hidden dangers to the safety of the unit.In recent years, during the closing time test process of the main steam valve, regulating valve and steam extraction reverse check valve in multiple power plants in the Group, there is a problem that the closing time of multiple valves does not meet the requirements of the regulations.This paper presents the targeted analysis of the closing time of regulating valve and steam extraction reverse check valve does not meet the regulations requirements in mechanical and thermal engineering, and discusses the corresponding solutions.
