摘要
针对折臂式汽车起重机出现的由于伸缩油缸内泄而导致的油缸自动伸出故障,设计了一个防伸出装置,通过理论分析,提出了该装置初始状态设置的计算公式,通过装车后的试验,证明了公式计算结果的有效性,同时也证明了装置可以有效防止由于油缸内泄导致油缸过度伸出而造成的驾驶室损坏的风险。
In view of the automatic extension fault of the oil cylinder caused by the internal leakage of the telescopic oil cylinder of the folding boom truck crane, an anti extension device is proposed. Through theoretical analysis, the calculation formula of the initial state setting of the device is proposed. The test after loading proves the effectiveness of the calculation result of the formula,At the same time, it is also proved that the device can effectively prevent the risk of cab damage caused by excessive extension of oil cylinder due to internal leakage of oil cylinder.
