摘要
机械模具设计作为工业高精度、高质量生产的基础,在先进技术的支撑下,模具设计工艺也在发生转变,并与我国工业产业的发展全面策应。基于此,以模具设计内容为切入点,阐述当前机械模具的设计方法,并从激光技术、计算机辅助设计(Computer Aided Design,CAD)技术以及逆向工程技术3个方面对机械模具设计工艺技术进行研究,并对机械模具设计工艺技术的发展趋势进行探讨。
Mechanical die design as the basis of industrial high precision, high quality production, under the support of advanced technology, die design process is also changing, the comprehensive response to the development of China’s industrial industry.Based on this, the article takes the mold design content as the entry point, expounds the current mechanical mold design method,and studies the mechanical mold design process technology from three aspects: laser technology, Computer Aided Design(CAD)technology and reverse engineering technology.
