自动化增材制造路径规划与算法研究

摘要 目前,增材制造技术主要采用电弧增材制造。该技术具有成本低、效率高等优势,实际应用中成效显著,但对现有软件的二次开发依赖性比较强。为了进一步提升制造技术的水平,基于Java语言研发出了自动化增材制造软件,并将其应用于实际生产,对于提升制造水平具有重要意义。 At present, it is mainly made of arc additive, which has the advantages of low cost and high efficiency, and has achieved remarkable results in practical application. However, this technology also has a strong dependence on the secondary development of the existing software. In order to further improve the manufacturing technology, this paper develops an automatic additive manufacturing software based on Java language, which is applied to the actual production, which is of great significance to improve the manufacturing level.
