摘要
将立体光固化成型工艺(Stereo Lithography Apparatus,SLA)用于模具制造,无需数控铣床(Computer Numerical Control,CNC)加工和复杂的人工制模装配工序即可实现设计理念到打印成型的直接转换。SLA可以打印极为复杂的结构,如螺纹孔、锐角零件等。通过SLA工艺制作的模具,具有成型精度高、硬度高、表面光洁度高、制作周期短以及不受模具结构限制等优势。
Stereo Lithography Apparatus(SLA) is used in mold manufacturing, without the need for Computer Numerical Control(CNC) machining and complex manual molding assembly processes, to achieve direct conversion from design concept to print molding. SLA can print extremely complex structures such as threaded holes, acute-angle parts, and more. The mold made by the SLA process has the advantages of high molding precision, high hardness, high surface finish, short production cycle, and the ability to make complex structural molds.
