摘要
故障模式、影响及危害性分析(Failure Mode,Effects and Criticality Analysis,FMECA)是一种定性、定量分析产品所有可能的故障模式及其影响与危害性的方法。故障树分析(Fault Tree Analysis,FTA)是一种寻找导致顶事件发生的所有原因及其组合,并计算底事件重要度的方法。基于此,通过将FMECA和FTA结合,形成了一套基于FMECA和FTA的可靠性增长方法。采用该方法可不断分析并纠正飞机、系统、设备等在研制、生产、使用、维护等全寿命周期内的缺陷、薄弱环节和故障,从而不断提高产品的可靠性水平,以便于更好地开展产品可靠性增长工作。
Failure Mode, Effect and Criticality Analysis(FMECA) is a method, which can analysis all potential failure modes,their effects and harmfulness of a product or system qualitatively and quantitatively. Failure Tree Analysis(FTA) is a method,which can seeking all possible causes and combinations of the top event and calculate every bottom event’s importance parameter.This paper combines FMECA and FTA,forming a method of product reliability growth based on FMECA and FTA. Using this method,we can analysis and correct the defects, weak links and faults of plane, system and products constantly, in their whole life cycle of development, production, use and maintenance,thus the achieving continuously improvement of products reliability level.so as to carry out product reliability growth.
