摘要
在利用UG NX软件数控编程时,正确设置沿形状斜进刀的工艺参数能够保护刀具,提高切削质量和切削效率。通过修改局部参数,利用沿形状斜进刀可以达到螺旋铣削的目的,可用于不同形状零件的粗精加工。
When using UG NX software for NC programming, the correct setting of the process parameters of oblique feed along the shape can protect the tool, improve the cutting quality, and improve the cutting efficiency. By modifying the local parameters,using the oblique feed along the shape can achieve the purpose of spiral milling, which can be used for the rough and fine machining of parts with different shapes.
