摘要 针对轨道列车经过曲线轨道时轨道列车车轮轮缘与轨道边缘的接触造成轮缘与铁轨的严重磨损问题,提出了一种轨道列车弯道轮轨智能润滑控制系统的设计方案,并介绍了该系统的设计原理和软硬件方案。该方案采用卫星定位系统和陀螺仪模块相互配合来实现对轨道列车运动位置的定位和速度采集,根据内部算法驱动喷油模块产生定量喷油润滑。 When the track train passes through the curved track, the contact between the wheel flange and the track edge of the track train causes serious wear and tear between the wheel flange and the rail. Aiming at this problem, a design scheme of the intelligent lubrication control system for the curved track wheel and rail of the track train is proposed. The design principle,software and hardware scheme of the system are introduced. The scheme adopts the mutual cooperation of satellite positioning system and gyroscope module to realize the positioning of the moving position of the track train and the acquisition of speed, and the system drives the fuel injection module to produce quantitative fuel injection lubrication according to the internal algorithm.
