"双高计划"建设战略的提出,对高职院校人才培养的质量提出了更高的要求,同时也对高职教师的专业化发展提出了新的要求。在"双高计划"建设背景下,要加强高职教师专业化发展制度建设,提高高职教师专业化发展的自主意识,提升高职教师专业化发展能力,建立高职教师终身学习的教育培训机制。

The "double high plan" strategy puts forward higher standards for the quality of talents and new requirements for the professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges. This paper puts forward an approach to promoting the professional development of teachers under the background of "double high plan" construction by strengthening its system construction, improving the self-consciousness of teachers, enhancing teachers’ professional capability and establishing a lifelong learning education and training mechanism for teachers.
