全钢载重子午线轮胎的滚动阻力与胎面胶性能相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究全钢载重子午线轮胎滚动阻力与胎面胶性能的相关性。结果表明:全钢载重子午线轮胎低滚动阻力指数与胎面胶硬度指数、拉伸强度指数和拉断伸长率指数没有相关性,与回弹值指数疑似相关,与300%定伸应力指数有强相关性;与低损耗因子(tanδ)(20和100℃)指数疑似相关,与低tanδ(60℃)指数的相关性很好;与弹性模量指数和低粘性模量指数没有相关性。胎面胶的tanδ(60℃)可作为轮胎滚动阻力的代用性能,低tanδ(60℃)指数修正因数为1/5,即胎面胶tanδ(60℃)减小0.1,轮胎滚动阻力下降16.4%。 The correlation between the rolling resistance of truck and bus radial(TBR) tire and the properties of the tread compound was studied.The results showed that the low rolling resistance index of TBR tire had no correlation with the hardness index,tensile strength index and elongation at break index,it was suspected to be correlated with the rebound value index,and it had a strong correlation with the index of the modulus at 300% elongation.In addition,the index of tire rolling resistance had a good correlation with the loss factor(tanδ) at 60 ℃,while showing suspected correlation with the tanδ at the temperature of 20 and 100 ℃.The study also showed that the rolling resistance had no correlation with the index of the elastic modulus and the index of the loss modulus of the tread compound.The tanδ of the tread compound at 60 ℃could be used as an alternative indicator for the performance of tire rolling resistance with an index correction factor of 1/5,that was,when the tanδ(60 ℃) decreased by 0.1,the tire rolling resistance decreased by 16.4%.
