摘要
介绍IN445/50D71020PR TL R-4高空作业车特种填充轮胎的设计。参考相关规格,确定结构设计参数如下:外直径1160 mm,断面宽429 mm,行驶面宽度402 mm,行驶面弧度高-5 mm,胎圈着合直径711 mm,胎圈着合宽度381 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_(1)/H_(2))0.8047,胎面采用高通过性牵引花纹,花纹深度为25 mm,花纹周节数为19,花纹饱和度为75%,采用聚氨酯弹性体填充轮胎。施工设计:胎面采用两方三块结构,胎体帘布层和缓冲层分别采用6层1400dtex/3V_(1)锦纶66帘布和4层930dtex/2V_(3)锦纶66帘布,采用压辊包边成型机成型、双模硫化机硫化。成品试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸符合设计要求,物理性能达到国家标准要求,实际装车性能良好。
The design on IN445/50D71020PR TL R-4 special filling tire for boom lift was introduced.With reference to relevant specifications,the structure design parameters were determined as follows:overall diameter 1160 mm,cross-section width 429 mm,width of running surface 402 mm,arc height of running surface—5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 711 mm,bead width at rim seat 381 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H_(1)/H_(2))0.8047,using a high-passability traction pattern,pattern depth 25 mm,number of pattern pitches 19,the block/total ratio 75%,and the tire was filled with polyurethane elastomer.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using two-formula and threepiece tread,constructing the carcass ply and the buffer layer respectively with 6 layers of 1400dtex/3V_(1) nylon 66 cords and 4 layers of 930dtex/2V_(3) nylon 66 cords,using pressure roller edged building machine to build tire,and double-mold curing press to cure tire.The test results of the finished tire showed that the inflated peripheral dimension met the design requirements,the physical properties met the national standard requirements,and the actual loading performance was good.
