摘要
分析全钢载重子午线轮胎胎圈周向裂痕的产生原因并提出相应解决措施。结果表明,胎圈周向裂痕产生的本质为胎圈部位胶料位移过大,通过胎圈部位胶料分布的精准设计、控制生产过程中胎圈形状的圆润、改善耐磨胶的流动性、控制胶囊隔离剂的用量与涂刷频率、加强现场的工艺控制,可以使胎圈周向裂痕问题得到有效解决。
Causes of circumferential cracks in the bead of truck and bus radial tire were analyzed and the corresponding solutions were proposed. The results showed that the root cause of the circumferential cracks in the bead was the excessive displacement of the compound at the bead. Through the precise design of the compound distribution at the bead,controlling the roundness of the bead shape during the production process,improving the fluidity of the wear-resistant compound,controlling the amount of the release agent and the number of release agent coating for vulcanization capsule, and strengthening on-site process control could effectively solve the problem of circumferential cracks in the bead.
