双下肢等速肌力训练结合针刺治疗对脑卒中患者肺功能及日常生活能力的影响

Effects of Isokinetic Muscle Strength Training Combined with Acupuncture Therapy on Pulmonary Function of Stroke Patients

目的:探讨双下肢等速肌力训练结合针刺治疗对脑卒中患者肺功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法:选取广州市番禺区中心医院2019年6月—2020年3月收治的60例脑卒中后偏瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组在常规康复治疗上给以等速肌力训练,治疗组在对照组基础上进行针刺治疗,治疗前后采用用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、峰值流速(PEF)评估患者肺功能,同时评估患者膝关节峰力矩(PT)、改良Barthel指数量表(MBI)的改变情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者FVC、FEV1、PEF、屈PT、伸PT、MBI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组FVC、FEV1、PEF、屈PT、伸PT、MBI较治疗前均有明显提高,且治疗组各项指标评分均明显高于对照组。结论:双下肢等速肌力训练结合针刺治疗不仅能够改善脑卒中患者肺功能,而且能促进患者日常生活能力的恢复。

Objective: To explore the effect of isokinetic muscle strength training combined with acupuncture on pulmonary function and daily living ability of stroke patients. Methods: Sixty patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group. The control group received isokinetic muscle strength training on the basis of routine rehabilitation treatment, and the treatment group received acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group. Forced vital capacity(FVC), forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV;), and peak flow velocity(PEF) were used to evaluate the patients’ lung function before and after treatment. At the same time, the change situation of the patients’ knee peak torque(PT) and modified Barthel index(MBI) were evaluated. Results: Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in FVC, FEV;, PEF, Flexion PT Extension PT and MBI between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, FVC, FEV;, PEF, Flexion PT, Extension PT and MBI in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the scores of each index in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion: Isokinetic muscle strength training combined with acupuncture therapy can not only improve the pulmonary function of stroke patients, but also promote the recovery of their ability of daily life.
