护理风险管理在门诊静脉采血管理中的应用价值

Application Value of Nursing Risk Management in Outpatient Venous Blood Sampling

目的:研究在门诊静脉采血管理中采取护理风险管理的应用效果。方法:选取2020年4—7月240例在中南大学湘雅三医院门诊综合治疗室静脉采血的患者作为参照组,实施常规管理。选取2020年8—10月240例在中南大学湘雅三医院门诊综合治疗室静脉采血的患者作为管理组,实施护理风险管理。对两组患者管理后的临床效果进行对比。结果:相比参照组,管理组护理风险事件发生率较低,满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=24.932、45.184,P<0.05)。结论:在门诊静脉采血过程中采取护理风险管理,相较于常规管理,可显著降低护理风险事件发生率,提升患者满意度,值得借鉴。

Objective:To study the applied value of nursing risk management in outpatient venous blood sampling.Methods:240 patients taking the routine management from April 2020 to July 2020 were set as reference group,received routine management.240 patients taking the nursing risk management from August 2020 to October 2020 were set as management group,received nursing risk management.The clinical effects after management were compared.Results:Compared with the reference group,the nursing risk event rate in the management group was lower,and the nursing satisfaction was higher(χ^(2)=24.932,45.184,P<0.05).Conclusion:During the venous blood sampling,the nursing risk management can better reduce the nursing risk events and increase the patients’satisfaction,which is recommended in clinical care.
