优质护理服务在心脏外科术后护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of High--quality Nursing Service in Postoperative Nursing after Cardiac Surgery

目的:探讨优质护理服务在心脏外科术后护理中的应用效果。方法:将2018年1月―2020年8月郑州市第七人民医院收治的72例心脏外科手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各36例。两组患者均实施常规护理,观察组加施优质护理服务。比较两组患者术后4h自行排尿率、左室射血分数(LVEF)、峰值功率(PP)及并发症。结果:观察组术后4 h自行排尿率(80.55%)高于对照组(50.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.415,P<0.05)。护理后,观察组LVEF、PP高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.261、2.076,P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(8.33%)低于对照组(25.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.258,P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务应用于心脏外科术后护理中,能够促进患者自行排尿,改善心功能,减少并发症发生。

Objective: To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing services in postoperative care after cardiac surgery. Methods: From January 2018 to August 2020, 72 patients undergoing cardiac surgery in the hospital were randomly divided into control group(36 cases) and observation group(36 cases). Both groups were given routine nursing care, and the observation group was given high-quality nursing services. The rate of spontaneous urination, left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), peak power(PP), and complications were compared between the two groups after 4 h. Results: The rate of spontaneous urination in the observation group(80.55%) was higher than that in the control group(50.00%), the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.415, P<0.05). After nursing, the LVEF and PP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference(t=2.261, 2.076, P<0.05), and the complication rate(8.33%) was lower than that in the control group(25.00%)(χ^(2)=5.258, P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of high-quality nursing services in post-operative care of cardiac surgery can promote patients to urinate on their own, improve heart function, and reduce complications.
