Ki-67、p53、Vim与人脑胶质瘤病理分级的关系

Relationship between Ki-67,p53,Vim and Pathological Grade of Human Glioma

目的探讨Ki-67、p53、Vim与人脑恶性胶质瘤病理分级的关系.方法选择经病理学证实为恶性胶质瘤的患者40例为观察组,选择同期颅脑外伤患者20例为对照组,采用免疫组化法分析两组患者Ki-67、p53、Vim的表达结果.结果Ki-67和p53在正常脑组织与脑胶质瘤中的表达差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);低级别组(Ⅰ~Ⅱ级胶质瘤)与高级别组(Ⅲ~Ⅳ级胶质瘤)Ki-67和p53的表达差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Vim在对照组的阳性率为10%,在低级别组的阳性率为50%,在高级别组的阳性率为90%;肿瘤病理分级程度越高,Ki-67、p53、Vim的阳性率表达率就越高.结论Ki-67表达情况提示肿瘤级别越高,细胞增殖越快,恶性程度越高,可作为患者预后的判断指标;p53阳性说明患者预后不良;Vim表达率随着胶质瘤病理分级的增高而增高.Ki-67、p53、Vim与人脑恶性胶质瘤病理分级密切相关,三者的表达情况与肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭、转移和预后密切相关.

Objective To analyze the relationship between the pathological grade of human malignant glioma and Ki-67,p53 and Vim.Method 40 patients with malignant glioma confirmed by pathological anatomy were taken as the observation group,20 patents with craniocerebral traumay were selected as the control group at the same time.The expressions of Ki-67,p53 and Vim between the two groups were analyzed by immunohistochemical method.Results There is significant difference in the expression of Ki-67 and p53 between normal brain tissue and glioma(P<0.05).Significant difference exists between gradeⅠ~Ⅱglioma and gradeⅢ~Ⅳglioma(P<0.05).The positive rate of Vim in control group is 10%,50%in low grade group,90%in high grade group.The expression of Ki-67,p53 and Vim increased with the degree of malignancy.Conclusion Ki-67 expression suggests that the higher the tumor grade,the faster the cell proliferation and the higher the degree of malignancy,which can be used as an indicator of prognostic value of patients.The positive expression of p53 indicates poor prognosis.The expression of Vim increased with higher pathological grade of glioma.The expression of Ki-67,p53 and Vim is closely related to the proliferation,invasion,metastasis and prognosis of human gliomas.
