摘要
通过拉拔试验研究废砖取代率、钢筋直径、锚固长度、保护层厚度对废砖再生混凝土黏结性能的影响.结果表明:废砖再生混凝土抗压强度、黏结强度随废砖取代率的增加而减小,但当废砖取代率超过50%后抗压强度和黏结应力的变化不再明显;钢筋直径对极限黏结应力有影响但不显著,钢筋直径越大废砖再生混凝土抗滑移能力越强;适当增加锚固长度和保护层厚度可以提高废砖再生混凝土的黏结强度.
Pull-out tests were carried out to study the influence of waste brick replacement rate,steel bar diameter,anchorage length,and concrete cover on the bonding properties of waste brick recycled concrete.The results show that the compressive strength and bonding strength of waste brick recycled concrete decrease with the increasing of the replacement rate of waste bricks,but the changes are no longer obvious when the replacement rate of waste bricks exceeds 50%;The larger the steel bar diameter is,the stronger the anti-slip ability of waste brick recycled concrete is.The diameter of steel bar has an effect on the ultimate bond stress,but it is not significant;The bonding strength of waste brick recycled concrete can be improved by appropriately increasing the anchorage length and the thickness of concrete cover.
