表采模拟月壤箱姿态调整装置设计

摘要 由于月球表面形貌复杂,为真实模拟探测器在不同着陆姿态下的表取采样,在原电动升降机直接支撑式姿态调整机构的基础上,根据表采模拟月壤箱姿态调整机构运动规律及受力情况,设计了一套用于地面试验环境的半剪叉式连杆电动升降机姿态调整装置,对3个电动升降机共同控制的姿态调整机构设计进行详细的理论分析、优化,可为模拟表取月壤的调试与实现奠定基础. Due to the complex surface topography of the moon,in order to truly simulate the requirements of the surface sampling test of the probe in different landing attitudes,based on the original electric elevator directly supported attitude adjustment mechanism,according to the movement rules and force conditions of the surface sampling simulation lunar soil box attitude adjustment mechanism,a set of semi scissor linkage electric elevator attitude adjustment device for ground test environment is designed,and the design of attitude adjustment mechanism controlled by three electric elevators is analyzed and optimized in detail.which lays the foundation for the debugging and realization of lunar soil box.
