摘要
目的:对护士长授权赋能行为量表(NMEB-SN)进行汉化并验证其信效度。方法:严格遵循Brislin翻译-回译的模式对英文版NMEB-SN进行翻译、回译、文化调适和预调查等,形成中文版NMEB-SN。选取青岛市三级甲等医院516名临床护士进行调查,检验量表的信度和效度。结果:经调整后的中文版NMEB-SN共包含协助克服工作困难、提升工作意义、肯定工作成绩、尊重员工和赋予自主权5个维度、47个条目。量表Cronbach′sα系数为0.957,各维度Cronbach′s α系数为0.946~0.974。中文版NMEB-SN条目水平的内容效度指数为0.83~1.00,量表水平的内容效度指数为0.98。结论:中文版NMEB-SN具有良好的信效度,可用于有效测量临床护士感知的护士长授权赋能行为。
Objective:To Chinesize Nurse Managers’ Empowering Behavioral Scale for Staff Nurses(NMEB-SN)and verify its reliability and validity.Methods:The English version of NMEB-SN was translated,back-translated,acculturated and pre-investigated in accordance with Brislin translation-back translation model,and the Chinese version of NMEB-SN was formed.The reliability and validity of the scale were tested by selecting 516 clinical nurses from grade A hospitals in Qingdao.Results:The adjusted Chinese version of NMEB-SN scale contained 47 items in 5 dimensions,which were assisting in overcoming work difficulties,improving work significance,affirming work achievement,respecting employees and granting autonomy.The Cronbach’s α coefficients of the scale were 0.957,and the Cronbach’s α coefficients of each dimension were 0.946~0.974.The CVI-I of NMEB-SN scale ranged from 0.83 to 1.00,and the CVI-S was 0.98.Conclusion:The Chinese version of NMEB-SN scale had good reliability and validity,which could be used to effectively measure the head nurse’s empowerment behavior perceived by clinical nurses.
