Effects of Irrigation and Aeration Technology on Maize Yield and Root Growth

摘要 为了揭示灌溉、施肥和增氧三者耦合作用对玉米产量及根系生长的影响,以鲜食玉米“晶甜3号”为研究对象,选取灌溉量、液肥量、增氧量为影响因素,以玉米“晶甜3号”的产量及根系生长为评价指标进行正交试验研究。结果表明:对玉米产量影响大小顺序依次为灌溉量、增氧量和液肥量,对根干重影响大小顺序为增氧量、灌溉量和液肥量。运用Design-Exper10.0对数据完成方差分析和显著性检验,确定了最佳工艺参数组合:当灌溉量为3600m^(3)/hm^(2)、液肥量为650kg/hm^(2)、增氧量为2000m^(3)/hm^(2)时,理论的玉米产量为9987kg/hm^(2),根干重为30.25g。试验结果与优化结果相符,满足玉米农艺性状要求。 In order to reveal the effects of the coupling effect of irrigation,fertilization and aeration on corn yield and root growth,fresh corn"Jingtian 3"was taken as the research object.Irrigation,fertilization and aeration were selected as influencing factors.The corn yield and root dry weight were used as evaluation indexes to conduct a quadratic regression orthogonal rotation test.The test results showed that the order of influence on maize yield was irrigation,aeration,and fertilization;the order of influence on root dry weight was aeration,irrigation,and fertilization.Using Design-Exper10.0 to complete the analysis of variance and significance test on the data,the optimal combination of process parameters was determined:when the irrigation amount was 3600m^(3)/hm^(2),the fertilization amount was 650kg/hm^(2),the aeration volume was 2000m^(3)/hm^(2),and the theoretical corn yield was 9987kg/hm^(2),dry root weight is 30.25g.The test results are consistent with the optimization results and meet the requirements of corn agronomic traits.
