甜叶菊的脱叶机构试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 甜叶菊具有很高的药用、保健价值,为加快甜叶菊的发展速度,研究甜叶菊的机械化脱叶加工具有重要意义。为此,对茎叶分离的重要机构—脱叶机进行了试验研究。根据自行设计的脱叶机构试验装置,选取传送带转速、毛刷转速、传送带与毛刷的距离为试验因素,以脱叶率为试验的评价指标,采用单因素和正交试验,建立了3个试验因素对脱叶率的影响规律模型。综合考虑各个因素影响,确定最佳参数组合为传送带转速800r/min、毛刷转速1100r/min、传送带和毛刷的距离2mm,此组合下脱叶效果最好。 Stevia rebaudiana has high medicinal and health value.In order to speed up the development of Stevia rebaudiana,it is of great significance to study the mechanical defoliation of Stevia rebaudiana.Therefore,an important mechanism of stem leaf separation,defoliator,was studied.According to the self-designed experimental device of the defoliation mechanism,the speed of the conveyor belt,the speed of the brush and the distance between the conveyor belt and the brush that affect the defoliation effect are selected as the experimental factors.Taking the defoliation rate as the evaluation index of the experiment,the influence law model of the three experimental factors on the defoliation rate is established by single factor and orthogonal experiment.Considering the influence of various factors,the best combination of parameters is determined as follows:the speed of the conveyor belt800,the speed of the brush1100,the distance between the conveyor belt and the brush.
