植烟地烤烟旋耕起垄打塘机研究与试制

Research and Trial Production of Rotary Tillage Ridging and Pond Making Machine for Flue-cured Tobacco in Tobacco Planting Field

摘要 以植烟地烤烟种植农艺要求为依据,研制了一款集旋耕、起垄、打塘于一体的多功能联合作业机。以大型拖拉机为配套动力,选用成熟的旋耕机,让起垄与打塘装置联动。通过导曲线与元线角分析确定起垄铲工作曲面达到减阻降耗的目的,设计打塘机构并利用ADAMS软件对打塘铲进行运动学仿真分析,通过田间试验检验联合机具的合理性。试验结果表明:机具既克服了分步作业的弊端又能高效作业、降低能耗,且具有简单可靠的特点,满足烟草生产全程机械化的发展需求,突破了烟草种植打塘技术难题。 Based on the agronomic requirements of flue-cured tobacco planting in tobacco planting area,a multifunctional combined operation machine with rotary tillage,ridging and pond digging was developed.With large tractor as supporting power and mature rotary tiller,ridging and pond digging device are linked.Through the analysis of guide curve and element line angle,the working surface of ridging shovel is determined to reduce the resistance and consumption.The pond digging mechanism is designed and the kinematics simulation analysis is carried out by using ADAMS software,and the rationality of the combined machine is verified by field test.The machine not only overcomes the disadvantages of step-by-step operation,but also can work efficiently,reduce energy consumption and has the characteristics of simple and reliable.It can meet the development needs of the whole mechanization of tobacco production and break through the technical problems of tobacco planting and pond making.
