基于自激振动减阻原理的马铃薯培土器设计与试验 被引量:1

摘要 针对云南省丘陵山地地形粘重土壤条件下机具培土阻力大的问题,基于自激振动减阻原理设计了新型的马铃薯中耕培土器。进行了培土曲面的设计和弹簧选型,并利用有限元分析软件对铲柄强度进行校核,结果符合强度设计要求。土槽对照试验结果表明:耕深不变时,随着前进速度的增加,两种类型的培土器牵引阻力都逐渐增大;在各速度情况下,自激振动式培土器相对于固定连接式培土器减阻9.33%~19.84%,减阻效果明显。 Aiming at the problem of large soil cultivation resistance in the hilly and heavy soil conditions of Yunnan Province,a new type of potato field soil cultivation device was designed based on the principle of self-excited vibration and drag reduction.Carry out the design of the soil surface and the selection of the spring,and use the finite element analysis software to check the strength of the shovel handle.The results show that it meets the requirements of the strength design.The results of the soil trough comparison test show that when the tillage depth is constant,with the increase of the forward speed,the traction resistance of the two types of soil cultivators gradually increases;At various speeds,the self-excited vibrating soil cultivator reduces the drag by 9.33%-19.84%compared with the fixed connection soil cultivator,and the drag reduction effect is obvious.
