摘要
根据预切种式横向甘蔗种植机的实际需求设计了种植机的液压系统,建立了开沟机构的AMESIM和ADAMS联合仿真模型,研究双行种植模式下两个开沟机构的同步性,以保证两边开沟深度一致。仿真结果及样机的田间试验表明:液压系统可以满足种植机各个执行机构的控制要求,开沟机构的升降同步误差小于3%,开沟、覆土效果良好,满足设计要求。
According to the actual demand of Pre-seed-cutting horizontal sugarcane planter,the hydraulic system of the planter was designed.The co-simulation model of AMESIM and ADAMS of ditching mechanism was established to study the synchronization of two ditching mechanisms under the double-row planting mode,to ensure the same ditching depth on both sides.The simulation results and the field test of the prototype show that the hydraulic system can meet the control requirements of each mechanism of the planter,the synchronous error of the ditching mechanism is less than 3%,and the ditching and soil covering effect are good and meets the design requirements.
