摘要
以混合甲酚、三氯氧磷及氢氧化钠为原料,合成了磷酸三甲苯酯(TCP)阻燃剂,TCP最佳合成条件为:二氯甲烷为溶剂;混合甲酚、氢氧化钠和三氯氧磷的物质的量之比3.3∶3.6∶1.0;反应时间6 h;搅拌速率200 r/min。阻燃聚氨酯材料的最佳制备条件为:TCP质量分数20%;搅拌时间30 min;搅拌温度25℃;搅拌速率100 r/min。
Trimethylphenyl phosphate(TCP)flame retardant was synthesized from mixing cresol,phosphorus oxychloride and sodium hydroxide.The optimal synthesis conditions of TCP were investigated as follows.The molar ratio of mixed cresol,sodium hydroxide and phosphorus oxychloride was 3.3∶3.6∶1.0 when the dichloromethane was used as the solvent.The reaction time was 6 h and stirring speed was 200 r/min.The optimum conditions for preparing flame-retardant polyurethane materials were as follows:the mass fraction of TCP is 20%,stirring time of 30 min at 25℃with stirring speed of 100 r/min.
